Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of web design, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes time spent on strategy, design, development, or revisions.

- If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at discretion
- If communication is inactive for an extended period, the project may be paused or closed
Delivery & Fulfillment
Rootline Web Co. provides digital services only. No physical products are sold or shipped.
