    01How much does a small business website cost?

    Custom builds are quoted individually, from a straightforward brochure site to a full platform with booking and sales, so a simple site costs what a simple site should. The One of One page carries finished, fully custom sites, each priced individually because the design is already done. And every two months I build one website completely free through the Rootline scholarship.

    02Do I own my website after it is built?

    Yes. Every Rootline website is handed over to you with full ownership of your files, your domain, and your hosting. There are no ongoing fees owed to me. Ever. And because you own the files, you can move your site to any host you want, any time. Nothing about how I build ties you to a specific company, including me.

    03Do you charge monthly fees?

    No. I don't charge monthly fees or retainers. If you choose to add easy editing to your site, that tool might have its own small cost, but it lives in your account - not mine. Beyond that, what you pay for the build is what you pay.

    04How long does it take to build a website?

    One of One sites launch fastest because the site is already built; once I have your content we are usually live within a week or two. Custom builds are scoped individually and I will give you a clear timeline before we start. I work with clients everywhere remotely, so there are no delays waiting on in-person meetings.

    05Can I update my website myself after launch?

    Yes. Both One of One sites and custom builds include easy editing as standard, along with a walkthrough of your finished site so you actually know how to use what you own.

    06What is it actually like to work with you?

    Like working with a friend who happens to build websites. I get invested. I fall a little in love with every brand I take on, and I want your business to succeed as badly as I want my own to. You get honest opinions, real enthusiasm, and someone in your corner from the first message to well past launch.

    07Do you work with businesses outside Colorado Springs?
